Page 5 - Registers published shall have a full index of both Christian and Surnames and of Places. 13 That the Treasurer's accounts shall be audited by a member of the Society, who shall be elected at a meeting of the members. 14 That no alteration shall be made in any of the above rules except at the Annual Meeting. Notice of any proposed alteration must be sent to the Hon. Secretaries a month before such Annual Meeting, and by them communicated to the members.
