Woodward, Reverend Charles. (Analysis of his Evidence.)-Resides at East Moulsey, -Hampton Court Bridge toll falls with peculiar hardship upon the poorer classes, and also upon workpeople, 1807--It diverts money from charitable and educational uses, as the money is spent in toll which would otherwise be applied to those purposes by persons who are oblige to cross the bridge to go to church, 1807-It acts also as a tax upon all food brought over the bridge, 1807-Witness apprehends that the railway company have the power of making another bridge, 1807.
