Among a miscellaneous collection of papers forwarded to the Honorary Secretary by the Rev. Sydenham H. A. Hervey, Vicar of Wedmore, son of the late Bishop of Bath and Wells (Lord A. C. Hervey), one of the original founders of the Institute, was the following document. is written on a single folio sheet of paper, in a fairly good hand. As so many clergymen, and the benefices they served, are mentioned, a careful transcript of the manuscript will prove of interest. There is no clue as to the writer, the original being merely endorsed,
