Came Abra: Pickard, son of Wm, late deceased, compounded for six copyh [old] cottages, be- queathed to him by the will of his father, intrusted for the payment of sundry legacies in the will mentioned, and agreed to pay the lords of the mannor nine pound on the court day next coming, and paid the same
3 John Jackson and Mary his wife, comp[ounded] a fine for a mess [uage] and cott[age] on Quariehill, surrendred to by Edw: Killingham, and paid
Wm Walker, tenant to Mr Eamondson at the Broadgates, presented for an incroachm1 upon the street 8 yds. long & 20 inches broad, the lords in consideration of two guineas paid to them by Wm Walker and Mr Kitchingman agreed to release all right and interest to them, and the said incroachm' is made over to Wm Eamonson and his heirs for ever

29 Henry Frankland, compounded for a fine of 3) cottages and a garden at Great Woodhouse, descended to him from his mother, and paid
Ditt. die Hen: Pawson, gent[leman], comp[ounded] for a shop & butcher's stall in Leeds, purchased of Hen: Iveson, gent [leman], & paid. Leon: Spence, compounded for a fine of some cotta[ges] at Woodhouse, in mortgage to the late Mr Geo: Benson of York, and at his death descended to Mr Jn° Benson his son, and since re-surrenderd to the said Leon : Spence, for which he agreed to pay £4, and paid in part.
Rich Smith, comp[ounded] for a fine of a cott [age] purchased of Hanna Batty, and for a piece of wast he hath taken of the lords of the man and paid 40s., and is to pay an additional rent p[er] an[num]
