Sir WILLIAM H. WHITE, K.C.B., LL.D., Sc.D., D.Sc., D.Eng., F.R.S., was appointed President for 1913-14 (Birmingham Meeting) by the General Committee at the Dundee Meeting. He died on the 27th February 1913.
