This edition has 181 chapters. At the end upon 4 additional folios is Registrum. in Jacobi de Voragine sermones. The authorship of these tales is ascribed to Berchorius, or Pierre Bercheur, prior of the Benedictine convent of St. Eloi at Paris, who died in 1362.

Bound with this are the Historia Trojana and the Historia Alexandri, both of which were printed at Argentina, 1480. All three are printed on paper with the same watermark. Graesse says this edition is attributed in the Kloss catalogue (No. 1828) to the press of J. Grieninger of Strasburg. The columns have 50 and 51 lines. **2901.7 is on interior paper, without illuminated capitals.
