"You are hereby directed and required forthwith to tender the Schem "before written to the feveral Proprietors of Slaves, or Perfons "having the charge or management of Plantations in the Pari "aforefaid, and to request them to fill up the Blanks therein, oppofit "to the Names of the feveral Plantations or Proprietors, or other "wife to tranfmit an Account to the fame purport to the Clerk of "the Veftry of the faid Parifh, on or before the 16th Day of Now next, in order that the Circular Letter of the 10th of O& Inftant "written by order of his Honour the Lieutenant Governor, and "hereunto annexed, may be complied with. Herein fail not to "make a Return of your proceedings to me, not later than the "16th Day of Nov" aforefaid; and for your fo doing this thall be "your authority.
