He is here described as Dauid Barroune in Fawdowie;' when chosen Chancellor of the Assise, he is designed Dauid Farguisoun, Barroun of Faudowie;' and he subscribes the verdict of the Assise, DAUID MCDUF OF FAUDOUY!'
