This action was commenced by the service of a summons and complaint on the defendant, on the 4th day of December, 1913. Issue was joined by the service of the defendant's answer on the 22nd day of December, 1913. There has been no change of parties or attorneys since the commencement of this action except that by an order of the Court, Van Zandt & Webb were substituted as attorneys for plaintiff in the place and stead of George L. Stamm.
