Y. The New Enlarged Welland Canal. If it is true that Oswego vessel owners are selling out, they ara doubtless preparing to build the larger class of craft that the new enlarged Welland Canal will admit of. It is stated that the new canal will be ready by the middle of next summer, or, in any event, in time for the opening of navigation in 1882.
